You can reapply for a grant with a new Letter of Inquiry any time after your final report due date AND after you have submitted your final report.
We do not have a preference for a new or different program than what we have previously funded. Ask for what you need as long as it fits within our funding focus areas.
For organizations that have been declined, please call us before you reapply.

For re-applicants, Letters of Inquiry MUST include all of the following information on a maximum of 3 pages (not including the copy of 501(c)(3) IRS letter):

A description of the organization's history, mission, objectives, and all services. Give a demographic and geographic description of the population the organization serves including the ages and number of children and youth. |

A description of the "5 Ws" of the project/program: Why is there a need for your program? What services do you provide? Who delivers these services and Who receives these services (include age range of participants)? Where is the program held and Where is the geographic region you are serving? When (how often) do you provide these services? |

The total organization budget, the total project or program budget, and the amount requested from the Dwight Stuart Youth Foundation. |

A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) IRS letter. |
We will mail an acknowledgement of receipt immediately upon receiving your letter. If you do not receive an acknowledgement soon after you have mailed your Letter of Inquiry, please call the office. The Dwight Stuart Youth Fund is not responsible for lost mail.
After you submit your Letter of Inquiry, the steps of this grant request will be the same as your previous grant.
